Ideas And Possibilities For 2013

According to Sky Sports' darts coverage, Andy Hamilton's father is "very ill". Nice of them not to tell us this before December 31st last year.

I can't find a link for that on Sky Sports.

It was during commentary of the final.

Did they provide any more details?

Why did you not put Ted Short or Gough Whitlam on the list like I said? They'll never make it to 2013!

whilst sifting through a load of 45s that were passed on to me, I found one by Stan Freberg

Other than the fact that he's 85 and still with us, does anyone have any health news on him?

Speaking of Stan Freberg, his frequent (and probably even more famous) voice-acting partner June Foray is 94 and still working - she reprised the voice of Granny in some new Looney Tunes stuff last year.

Anyone suggested Jack Brabham for a previous list? 85 and on dialysis 3 times a week as long ago as 2009, that's not too clever.

I don't know if he'd meet the necessary fame criteria, but the Texan comedian Ron Shock has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of urethral cancer.

might not meet the fame test in the UK. might be worth keeping a track of for next year though

Second part of the cancer chronicles have to wait till he posts the 3rd part to find out what his prognosis is

I haven't heard of Ron Shock, even here in the states. I'll pay attention to him though.

Having listened to part II, he was supposed to have his appointment yesterday to determine his treatment.

Part III should appear soon on YouTube

I know that this post may be considered a waste of space because he isn't a likely DL/DDP-candidate... but I have to ask this anyway....

I just saw a video interview with several big name actors and among them was Nick Nolte... Nolte was breathing really heavily throughout the video and seemed to be really preoccupied with his own dead at the moment.... Is there any reason to fear for his health???

The video interview can be found here.... The video is over an hour long so if you don't have time just skip to some of the moments were he talks about his dead (at 13:20 and 26:15)...

Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi (63) has been diagnosed with early stage lymphoma

This of course comes less than a year after the death of former bandmate Ronnie James Dio from stomach cancer. Might be early stage but still worth keeping an eye on

Endless number of death-related Sabbath songs and albums should make finding a pun relatively straight forward

I don't think there's anything wrong with him at all. He's paranoid.
