So now India is left with:

1)Three fraudsters clearly exaggerating their ages: Fauja Singh, Saalumarada Thimmakka and Pappammal. Despite this all three seem on their way out, with Fauja now almost unable to walk and dangerously thin, Thimmakka in & out of hospital for years and Pappammal on a wheelchair and visibly frail.

2)The mighty Shyam Saran Negi, whose age is even likely true. Rumoured dead at least six times, seriously ill since January 2020, but is the last original Indian geezer with a realistic age, so kudos to the old guy.

3)Two politicos born in 1919. Not heard anything from Paramasivan in years, doubt he is even still alive. Venkatrao is unexplicably alive, having looked like a cadver for years and lost his whole family in 2021.

4)A bunch of youngsters: Mani Kumar Chetri, Thanga Darlong, B. B. Lal, N. Sankaraiah, C. R. Rao, Pravrajika Bhaktiprana (who is likely a fraudster), all with their share of health issues.

5)The upcoming, most notably rationalist Ravipudi Venkatadri, who has seemingly started to decompose while still breathing.

The decline in the last year has been swift.

103-year-old perennially frail/ill Indian cardiologist and padma shri Mani Kumar Chetri rumored dead this week, but according to son "in the pink of health":

Time for a new list of Indian centenarians/notable centenarian claimants, this time a smaller and "frailer" list than the one I posted in October 2021:

Up to 1919

Swami Sivananda (1896, probably ca. 1925-1935) Yoga teacher, once in a while hospitalised for "checkups". No matter how old he is, he isn't immune to aging and has been getting frailer.

Saalumarada Thimmakka (1910/1911/1913/1919/likely ca. 1928-) Environmentalist. Very frail with a health history but now attending events nearly every week. Impressive even though she's much younger than she claims to be.

Fauja Singh (1st of April 1911/likely ca. 1928-) Runner. Frail and skeletal for multiple years.

Kewal Krishan (27th of July/4th of August 1913-) member of the drafting committee of the Constituent Assembly of India. Hospitalised for surgery in 2019, hasn't apparently left his house nearly at all during the pandemic. Can't find much recent news.

Pappammal ("1914", likely later-) Organic farmer, frailish. Probably born 20 years later. Wheelchairbound.

1920-1921...

Kewal Krishan, Indian minor politician, died in April at 109 according to his Geni. While Geni tends to be inaccurate I think this is true - he had repeated strokes in his centenarian years. He was additionally India's oldest even somewhat verifiable man.

Couldn't find more articles, but here's some further proof online:

Edit: Here's him in 1947 when he was a member of the drafting committee of the Indian constitution (back row, on the right)

"Actor" is a bit of a stretch. Had 4 uncredited roles as "boy".

"Child extra" seems more appropriate.
