With so many presenters dying lately, maybe it's time for a presenters thread.

That sounds like a plan :-)

Here's a tip.

Type the person's name in the search box at the top of this page.

Click on 'this topic' to reveal the drop down menu.

Select 'forums'.

Click on the green search icon.

If you had done this it would have revealed that both Scully and Honeycombe had already been reported in the presenters thread.

If they hadn't been reported, the results would show if their names have appeared anywhere on the site.

You don't have to put a name in the search box; you can put anything you want, e.g. astronaut.

Putting your search term in inverted commas e.g. "John Smith" eliminates pages where John Jones appears with Bill Smith where there is no mention of a John Smith.

One of the most senior Iranian military commanders Hossein Hamadami has been killed by ISIS in Syria.

forgot to post the link http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/oct/09/senior-iranian-commander-killed-in-syria-hossein-hamedani

The search function is rendered useless if names are not spelled correct.

Uncle Pat wasn't blood related to Tony Soprano. Unlike many of his contemporaries he was able to retire from "the business"

I did a search and no other mention of Joan. Not sure if Y-Dub said her name at some point but sorry about the hair.

Bound to be someone with him in the DDP...

Ted Ingram at 95.

Was in the news a fair bit when he retired from his paper round just as 2014 lists were being finalised.
