Sir Creep 7,070 Posted July 4, 2018 Former state legislator and president of the Whitney Benefits board Tom Kinnison died Sunday at Sheridan Memorial Hospital after a battle with cancer. He was 70 years old. Kinnison, a longtime Sheridan businessman, served on the Whitney Benefits board since 2000. Kinnison served briefly on the Sheridan City Council before earning a seat in the Wyoming House of Representatives, where he served from 1979-1982. Mr Jordan, who was a self-proclaimed "plain-talking Norfolk boy", stepped down as leader in May after his diagnosis of lung cancer. He died on 10 June, aged 73.
