Can't be famous for being ill - takes care of half this list. Have to be famous other than locally - takes care of 2/3 the other half. Hope you run a DP some day and someone fires a list like this at you. Only arguable names are Chapman (she was actually part of the show, should be allowed imho), Princess ____ (any princess is good enough, all royalty period, no reason for rejection I can see -- but I guess if you aren't King/Queen you are just relatives of the King/Queen and not a celeb, so I get it); and maybe if you Strainnnned logic, Julie, but no, she's really a nobody. msc 18,463 Posted January 1, 2019 I tried Clayton in case anyone else like AOG was allowed him. As 22 this year, likely to be the prime candidate for the 50 points bonus for youngest hit. Rejected, though.

I would argue that Jimmy Spicer (hip hop pioneer who also rejected for me) is definitely arguable as a name that could be accepted.

That's not quite the rule. They can be locally famous in their country of fame, but not locally famous to the point of a county or state (that's how I got my theme team of 40 british soap stars through, was amazed a few of mine got past the filters though). When the rules that variable it's worth putting a few dodgy people in and just seeing if they get through. The guy seems more bothered about ensuring picks you enter will scrape an obit in a recognised outlet than anything else. The famous for being ill types absolutely should not have been submitted, and you've every right to call @Banana for wasting a dead pool runners time submitting that side of his rejects when it's clear stated they aren't welcome. Look I know, Hulka knows. This was my first time joining and I was trying to get an idea to see who would be accepted or not. I’d rather not not include someone who may have been accepted and you could argue that these people are nobodies but some of them did have notability at the national level. You could at least argue for some of these that they would be acceptable and I do understand that I probably should have strayed from sending in the famous for dying types, that was my error and I’m sorry if that offended you.

Joey Russ 7,227 Posted January 4, 2019 Kevin McIntyre is a duet for me and drol which is worth 17 points each. As for Syed Ashraful Islam, 11 points will go to Allen Kirshner, Cancerous Hatred (yes, he’s back), drol, and msc. This competition is going underway now...
