Commtech Sio Bibble 2,057 Posted April 25 Cy Town is unlikely to be getting an obituary at this point, but just for the sake of completion when adding him to the LotL, the latest issue of Doctor Who magazine has given his date of death as March 26th.

Evil Grimace 359 Posted April 30 It is 30 April, day 121 of 366 this year, almost one third through the year (exactly one third is tomorrow). The DDP stands at 121 hits, and has maintained a hit rate of >1 hit/day until today when it is exactly 1 hit/day. This is an impressive first third of the year. Are the May doldrums ahead? All other years have had them, except for 2023.

All other years have had them, except for 2023. 2022 was the longest lasting >1 hit/day before this year, slipping behind in mid April. But the latter months lagged enough that while it still set a new hits record, it only did so by the skin of its teeth. Whereas 2023 fell behind >1 hit/day much earlier but the year as a whole was far more consistent. Given we've kept up this rate despite the DL being so slow, I'd guess this year will glide past 300 fairly easily.

My work from home job can mean projects anywhere, so I'm currently working for a Mississippi project. And yesterday was Confederate Memorial Day which is a day off there. Which is revolting that that's a holiday. But I am very much "enjoy the fact I had a day off first, ask questions later".
