Let’s see if Soeur André turns 119 to know if this percentage will be lower down this is a strange but valid paradox

Fumi Hoshino died on 23 August 2022. There's some kind of a small biography on 110club (Link). Daughter of a chief priest, home economics teacher at a girls' school, never had children, moved to a retirement home at 80 and was a heavy smoker until she was diagnosed with lung cancer at 95 and given six months to live. She loved raw tuna, Kabayaki eel and Oronamin C, that same carbonated drink Tanaka drunk. She died from covid pneumonia. By the way, here's the gallery since Juniewicz's death: *Matsu Gaja could be older than Ceccarelli, but we won't know if she's alive until September. Possible #11-20: Dominga Coca Garcia (14 September 1908) Chile. Seemingly somewhat documented. L. P. (15 October 1908) Austrian Hide Hamabe (3 December 1908) Japan Sadako Yamada (3 January 1909) Japan. Could be in limbo? Nina Willis (14 January 1909) US, was in horrible condition on her 112th Kaoru Kobayashi (18 January 1909) Japan Katsumi Ando (2 February 1909) Japan Shinobu Hayashi (15 March 1909) Japan Annabelle Holblinger (16 March 1909) US Mitsuno Sato (9 April 1909) Japan Claimants, possible fraudsters: Rosa Zoila Higuera Velandia (23 August 1906?) Colombian claimant, now seemingly in limbo. Possibly dead. Ardith Grose (22 March 1907-LIMBO 2021, died 2018.) US claimant, dead. Wang Zhanwen (15 April 1907?) Chinese claimant Xu Senzhen (22 September 1907?-LIMBO 2022) Chinese claimant whose age could actually be true. DEAD. Maria ana da Silva (18 December 1907?) Brazilian claimant Margarida Blanco (19 February 1908?) Brazilian claimant

Currently the oldest living person to have been born on a leap day and the third-oldest ever, he'll celebrate 110 years since his birth (can you call it a birthday?) on the 1st of March if he makes it that far. If he makes it to the 12th of September he'll become the oldest person born on a leap day. Hans Schornack, oldest man in Germany and Europe, (if he hasn't died very recently and it hasn't been announced yet) reached that goal this week and broke Mary Norris' record from twenty years ago. He's now the oldest person ever born on leap day.

Looking so frail is certainly not a good sign, but surprisingly she outlived many stronger supercentenarians, despite her extreme frailness during the last year. She looked well at 110, but she declined in the next years. There are no photos for Yoshi Otsunari and Anonymous of Hyogo so this could be due to extreme frailness.
