diego 1,980 Posted April 16 Jeffrey Joseph was born on 20 July 1916 and died on 6 Mar 2024 he was born in Saint Lucia and died in Cayenne and was the oldest person in French Guiana, a position now held by Louise Chailloux born in Suriname on 30 Sept 1916 and living in Cayenne, Louise and the second person born in Suriname to be considered the oldest in French Guiana since 2010, which is when more reliable data began to be available in that country.
