(Venezuelan sources tell NBC News that Hugo Chavez is alive and remains hospitalized in Caracas for “severe respiratory insufficiency”. There has been “no change” in his condition.) So take it that, “severe respiratory insufficiency”, is that he has stopped breathing and if he is still "alive" he is on a respirator. Totally ingoring the fact that loads of people are diagnosed, treated and/or die from cancer everyday all over the world... it doesn't matter which system they are being treated by.. some are lucky, some arn't.
