Spade_Cooley 9,519 Posted October 14, 2011 Ricky Ross feels like he's short of breath, convulsing rapidly. Note for the elders of this forum: Rick Ross is one of the world's biggest (in all senses of the word) rappers. He is not the guy from Deacon Blue.

angryGreatness 96 Posted December 17, 2011 http://www.wsbtv.com/news/news/rapper-slim-dunkin-shot-and-killed-music-studio/nF4qD/ Slim Dunkin, a young rapper and member of the rap crew 1017 Brick Squad has died after being shot during an argument in a recording studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Never heard of him, but judging from his associated acts he's nothing worth missing. Waka Flaka Flame has the rhyming skills of a man having a stroke. Spade_Cooley 9,519 Posted May 4, 2012 It's kinda embarrassing really, like a lot of wiggers my age it was the Beasties who first got me into rap music back in the mid 90s, but fuck me if I don't find all of their stuff, with the possibly exception of "Hey Ladies", absolutely unlistenable now. So in tribute, here's a song where Serch calls MCA a cunt repeatedly and threatens to kill him: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3S4Irlj7DnE

angryGreatness 96 Posted May 5, 2012 (edited) Rest in Peace man . My friends and I have been listening to nothing but Beastie Boys since the news. I considered him for this year's list, but by all accounts he was getting better and I didn't think cancer of the salivary gland was that deadly. Good job to Misers though. Maybe another cancer-ridden musician will go this year, preferably one who's also part of a famous trio and claims to be on the mend as well . Whoops. Hit quote instead of edit. Can someone delete the first post? Edited May 5, 2012 by angryGreatness
