How many “fans” baseball has as a sport isn’t relevant. Ulitzer95 11,601 Posted July 13 If anyone wants to draft a list of the last surviving negro league players, they can do so by navigating through this Wiki list. I've already gone through A–D, and found 4 surviving players: Samuel Allen (wiki, born 1936) George Altman (wiki, born 1933) Dennis Biddle (wiki, born 1935) Lou Clarizio (wiki, born 1931) < not 100% sure he's still alive. He was one of only 6 white players to feature in the negro leagues. I've excluded anyone born before 1925 or who doesn't have a DOB on their profile, as they're most likely dead.
