I get overly excited that way sometimes when all the foreign languages I've learned come in handy - like translating signs and menus for non-German speaking tourists or translating Latin inscriptions! Guest Tom Posted March 18, 2012 Back in 2009, it was reported that due to leukemic bone marrow disease, he had only about 12-16 months to live. As such, he was pretty much living on borrowed time for the past two years or so. I knew he was like a time bomb waiting to go off any day, but I had expected him to at least survive long enough to exhaust his appeals.
