twelvethofnever 0 Posted October 30, 2004 Princess Alice died at age 102 according to CNN. What is with the deathlist saying she is 103?
Grim Reaper 186 Posted October 30, 2004 Phew at last ! Deathlist actually says she would have been 103 this year rather than already was - Im sure there is hours more coding and research needed for us to show the actual age on each day. A very strong trend amongst the top 20 in this years list is starting to emerge - 9 out of 20 gone I thought her death might be good news for us in Derby Dead Pool but sadly the leader also had her - time is running out... Grim_Rita 4 Posted November 1, 2004 If there was any doubt as to her passing the famousness test, an obit in The Times kinda clears that one up http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,60-1338534,00.html
Poetry Man 2 Posted November 1, 2004 We bid farewell to the old lady Alice, Now just a ghost, at a cold damp palace. Like the old Queen Mum who went before, Princess Alice, was shown the door. She lasted well, and we yell "Gawd Luv Her" Just as we did for the old Queen Mother, And those who believe in Royal to do's They both survived to 102. Will the Queen bow, will she shed just one tear, I doubt it, and here I'll be a telling-yer, She was loved, and was liked, and revered and perspiked! But she was never the yacht Britannia! Earl Gloomy 7 Posted November 5, 2004 Teddy means me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you teddy but i beat you to it, i have already seen them, yes i am a freek but as u posted that link it sugests that u already knew that. Though i must say u have very high taste when it comes to choosing websites for royal funerals, BBC produces very high quality of photos when it comes to such occassions, i am highly ammused at picture 2 showing the Duke and Dutchess of Kent, what the hell do like look like walking like that; though if i were them i would sueing the photographer.
