Garry Adey, Union player former number 8 for Leicester Tigers, reportedly dead: https://www.leicestertigers.com/news/obituary-garry-adey

He made only 2 appearances for England in 1976 in the Five Nations. That was a year that England were beaten by everyone and finished bottom. (Probably not just Adey's fault, mind).

Alix Popham says it’s the training that is the worse part.

His dementia seems at relatively early stage - I can see a lot of these rugby players having lengthy battles.

Alix Popham, who has suffered 100,000 'sub-concussions', can make that 100,001 after an accident during an Ironman:

Probably not great for his prognosis.

Do we know who are the oldest living players from each Tier 1 Nations? The ones I could find are Roy Roper from New Zealand and Eric Tweedale from Australia. John Vincent Smith was supposed to be the oldest British player but I don't know who replaced him after he died.

Roy Roper dead at 100.
