For once I'M going to bitch and get all petty. Yo Captain I posted this THREE HOURS PRIOR! Not to mention he's a filmmaker and shouldn't be posted here.

Whore

Umm no, I do almost all computing with my iPhone and there is no 'edit' function anywhere in mobile version so talk to the site techies. And pound some sand while you're at it. Thanks for giving me an extra unexpected post to my totals explaining that to you.

Former Miami Dolphins' quarterback, the unfortunately named Dick Wood, dies at 79. http://www.miamidolphins.com/news/article-1/Former-Dolphins-Quarterback-Dick-Wood-Dies/d19a5bb7-c141-4570-bac1-bff020d1dfde

Unfortunately? Sounds like a nice manly name to me. Even better is the Jets owner, Woody Johnson.

Was going to say Dick Wood has gone limp, but rigor mortis would actually make for a stiff Dick Wood? I shoulda watched more episodes of Six Feet Under...

Don Looney of the Pittsburgh Steelers--former record holder in receptions--dead at 98. He had to be about the oldest NFL player around .

That does seem like a shocking age for NFL until you remember he's from the pre-roid days.

You ever seen the episode of The Simpsons where they go to the Superbowl? ("Sunday Cruddy Sunday") There's a great gag along those lines.

Also, love the guy's name...
