Guest Sir Creep

Lol I just had a guy quit our pool I a hissy. I know yours isn't a classic point-scoring pool here, but as all that are do, we include a rule no children (18 at death). Who knew, but the present Nobel Peace a prize holder is some 17-bye old Middle Eastern gal who he correctly noted 'has a bulls eye on her back'. I said he wouldn't score if she died before 18 lol. Anyway a good name to follow whoever she is. Same reason I have Edward Snowden on my list---his head pops up 2" too high over the wall my govt taking him out.

2005 chemistry laureate Yves Chauvin dead at 80. Or 84.

He told the press, that he was too ashamed of being awarded the Nobel prize to accept it. Chauvin later went to Stockholm to accept it. Very consistent.

I think I have to apologize to Uschi who suggested him for 2015 (or already 2016?), but I thought that Grass was still too active to be considered. But then, he died of a lung infection, showing that at a certain age, there are always things that could happen... It seems that the best medicine money can buy, can get you to 90 years unless you have a debilitating disease like cancer or Parkinson's and the like. But beyond that, your body gets vulnerable to things like pneunomia. Case in point, King Abdullah... Now Grass did not have access to the best medicine money can buy, so he died a few years sooner.

Douglass C North, joint recipient of the 1993 Economics Prize has died at 95. https://news.wustl.edu/news/Pages/douglass-north-obituary-11.24.15.aspx

2 DDP teams await a QO.

Ah nice... Though I had already planned him for next year (in the Hartlepool Deadlypool at position nr. 3). Also, I really liked his work in economic history, RIP....
