Various reports on the X-Files that General Adnan's latest news is he is dead.

Obviously, difficult to search for this guy on the media. Need a substantial source.

Brett Sawyer, a territories wrestler, particularly in the Pacific Northwest, has died. He was 68 (though some sources indicate he was 63). Sawyer was the brother of Buzz Sawyer, a notorious territories wrestler who died in his 30s. Brett Sawyer was most active from 1981 to 1986.

Emergency surgery for Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Every news site reporting this says pancreatic cancer. That could be them all copying the same error (he had prostate and kidney cancer previously) or he's been iller than he let on.

There’s never been a report of pancreatic cancer previously: additionally, the usually reliable PWInsider.com doesn’t mention it in their report.

Kinda sounds like he had heart attack and had a stent put in. He’s had some minor heart issues in the past.

Interviews from Hamilton Comic Con a week ago:

Abdullah the Butcher: Looks like he usually does, sounds frail but I'm suprised he's still mentally still there.

Tony Atlas: Sounds a bit frail, but judging on how he looks I think he won't go during the next 5 years.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan: Looks and sounds absolutely amazing for a 69-year-old former wrestler with a plethora of health issues. But also considering his health issues he could drop dead in months.

On Manu, I'm suprised both the Wild Samoans (Afa Anoa'i the senior who is Manu's father and Sika Anoa'i) are still alive. 80 and 78. Impressive longevity for wrestlers, both have outlived one of their children and both over eight years above the life expectancy of the average Samoan.

Tony Atlas is actually not even fully retired. His last match (the only one for 2023) was in May.

On the most recent Prichard podcast, when Duane Gill's name was brought up, he said "Duane's had a few health issues recently". Whether he meant Gill's 2020 heart attack, or something more immediate and pertinent, is for you and your 2024 DDP entry to decide.
