"the new person") serves the equivalent purpose as Smith in English. ie it's the most common surname. Instead of John Smith as the most common whole name they would use Jan Novak. There are eight admin log-ins and three of them... <name><shame> Death Watch Beatle, football_fan, heaven can wait </shame></name> ... have logged in since Bob died, without bothering to update the site. Since Grim Reaper pays for the site and for the bandwith, the other admins generally have the respect to let him to do the write-ups.
