Hospitalised after a fall, had a urinary tract infection a month ago.

Also, this newer article mentions that he's on ventilator in ICU:

Vicente Fernandez update:

"He is currently under treatment. We are waiting a response in the recovery of mobility and respiratory effort. At this moment, Mr. Vicente Fernández is stable, awake, with analgesia and sedation and receiving rehabilitation therapy"

Apparently has some kind of a peripheral nerve infection/disease that caused him to fall from his "own height" causing him a spine injury. Also developed a lung condition while in ICU.

Was just a couple of days ago thinking about how she's still alive as she looked like this in 2019:

aTaIg2P.png.9eeb1126fb29a67566655e426d13b70b.png

Still some notable living actors and actresses alive from the golden age of Mexican cinema, oldest ones are probably Amalia Aguilar (97, died 8th of November 2021) and Ignacio Lopez Tarso (96), youngest I could find is Lorena Velazquez (83)

In the middle are Alma Rosa Aguirre (92), Rosa Carmina (91), Elsa Aguirre (90), Silvia Pinal (89), Maria Victoria (88) and Irma Dorantes (86).

Silvia Pinal and Amalia Aguilar seem like the next ones to go. Pinal was hospitalised a month or two ago for heart-related problems and looks like she has gained a lot of weight after her acting career. Aguilar is either in bed or in a wheelchair in most photos including those from her 95th.

Elsa Aguirre still looked great a couple of years ago, Maria Victoria is apparently in good health as is Lorena Velazquez.

Ignacio Lopez Tarso and Irma Dorantes have both had cancer(s) during the last 10 years but look great for their ages in new pictures.

And Mohsin Ahmad al-Aini joins the top 100. Interesting guy, Prime Minister four different times in 1967, 1969, 1971-1972 and 1974-1975. Earliest head of govt of Yemen (Ahmad al-Sayari (b. 1924) and Abdur Rahman bin Yahya (b. 1937) were in-exile heads of govt of the Mutawakkilite kingdom and I'm not even sure if they're alive)

I mentioned him before in a list of pre-1970 state leaders alive.

Not much pictures of him on the internet.

Solitary report on Twitter of the purported death of Mohsin Ahamad al-Aini (needs looking into):

Subhankar Banerjee, one of the most profilic tabla players of the 21st century dead aged 55:

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/tabla-maestro-subhankar-banerjee-dead/articleshow/85643196.cms

From "postcovid illnesses" and a septic shock. Apparently he was vaccinated (doesn't say if it was before he got covid in June)

Often supported Amjad Ali Khan (1945-), Birju Maharaj (1938-2022), Hariprasad Chaurasia (1938-) and Shivkumar Sharma (1938-2022) on stage. A prodigy, tabla master Zakir Hussain (1951-) once called him "one of the 15 good tabla players in the world"

According to one source, he was hospitalised on June 20th and needed breathing support. With ECMO starting from 2nd of July, developed more lung conditions and renal failure.

Carl J. Danhammer (b. 1957)

PK_Danhammer.thumb.jpg.64fc668c09972f5586f42b8899900f1d.jpg

Scammer, trophy hunter, rapist and criminal and Matti Nykänen's (1963-2019) manager with Petteri Jussila (1970-2004). He has ruined his liver with alcohol, had liver cirrhosis and hepatic coma (2019). He's apparently homeless now but got a liver transplant at the end of last year from some poor 30-year old (whatever he died to, what a waste of a life to die only to have your liver given to this bastard). Doctors were suprised how he's still alive. Can barely walk and probably won't live very long despite the transplant.

Finally dead!

Edit: died from covid despite having gotten two doses of "Sputnik". Catched it in Ghana, after that went on a flight to London and a flight from London to Finland, died in hospital

Google translate :D

Eventually, the man had already died in the liver queue. Her heart was pounding and the man, also called Elvis in Estonia, ended up in the hospital a little because of her heart problems.

Had an interesting life though.

Danhammer was born as Jouko Kalevi Juvonen in 1956/1957. He started his criminal career in the early 1980s with small crimes, for example forging checks. He pretended to be a Finnish-Canadian businessman and easily fooled people and for example lived in a hotel for months without paying anything, bought diamonds for debt and seduced and betrothed a local school teacher.

After getting caught he disappeared and started a new life in Sweden. He changed his name to Carl J. Danhammer, claimed that he was adopted by a nobleman (not true). Started a company called Ren och Riv that employed over 20 people. After serving a prison sentence in Sweden he moved to Estonia, owned a restaurant and sang as "King Carl".

He moved back to Finland in the late 90s/early 2000s and became the manager of Matti Nykänen with Petteri Jussila and likely scammed a ton of money from Nykänen.

He was a right-wing populist candidate in a couple of elections until 2006 when he was removed from the lists after the party found out that he raped someone in Sweden in the 1980s. Scammed people until his death.

Made a ton of money during his life but not enough to afford a new liver. He scammed Vesa Keskinen (known for owning Finland's largest department store that is also no. 3 on a Reuters 2005 list of ugliest buildings and monuments in the world) for 75,000 euros and an elderly person from Rovaniemi for 300,000 euros as an attempt to get enough money for a new liver to extend his life. In March 2020 he got a new liver and said that "he will live atleast another 25 years"...

Also spent a lot of time in Ghana where he went trophy hunting. Had relations with the recently deceased Daasebre Oti Boateng (1938-2021) and, pictured, Ghana's former President John Kufuor (1938-)

I mean, because of Arghton's posts I now have the impression that half the Finnish people are old, sick or dead.

(That said, I scored in the AltObits pool because of him, thanks a lot!)
