This is gonna get interesting because: He is being held by a former rebel group from the town of Zintan that refuses to hand him over. A Zintani source indicated to the BBC that they would not execute him or hand him over to the court. So, I'm wondering where that leaves the no death row rule somewhere like DDP in this case. Clearly, he's sentenced in absentia and there's a good chance he won't be handed over. I'll say here and now, if he's breathing on 1 Jan and is a Deathrace pick, he counts in these circumstances.
