Terrible, terrible show, one of the nadirs of latter-period BBC 3 (and there were plenty of them). Seemed to be a cunt in real life as well.

To be honest  , I wish no disrespect to the recently deceased guy but I'd never heard of him or that programme until the news of his death broke.

BBC 3 back with its own television channel next year. I wonder what treats and gems they will bring us!!

With it back on TV and having watched most series of it to my shame, I got thinking about who had been on I'm a Celebrity over the years, so thought I'd do a master list so we can keep track. It's taken a few days and there is a huge amount of utter dross on here that are such celebrities they might not even get a QO as and when they eventually go. Obviously, many of them won't die for quite a while but we've already lost somebody in the 40+ category and we've lost 5 in total. Some prime fodder here for a theme team, too, if someone is so inclined. Considering doing similar for Strictly, when I've regained my strength...

(Oh, and don't shout at me for my descriptions, I've basically gone for something they're known for, although I know several of them have other strings to their bow!)

Former reality tv star  Andrew Brady,  star of The Apprentice  and Celebrity Big Brother might be worth keeping eye on. Ex boyfriend of the late Caroline Flack  who has pleased guilty to harassing journalist Dan Wootton . He is currently  remanded in custody and may well receive a jail sentence.

His life  has really spiralled in recent years.

For clarity though he wasn’t Caroline Flacks boyfriend at the time of her death.

Andrew Brady  now jailed for four months after being convicted of harassing journalist  Dan Wootton. One to keep an eye on in my opinion.

I think you might be up there as one of the most intolerant ppl I’ve come across Quim, and I’ve met Commies and neo-Nazis.

You seem to want everyone you disagree with dead. It’s all a bit… fascisty?

Er, I wasn’t being serious. I’ll post a “joking” placard as a cue next time, but for the time being maybe stop taking other posts as seriously as you take yourself?

Relax a little. Don’t let it get to the private message meltdown again.

Hmmm not so sure about that. Your aggressive rants on the Kier/Boris/Trump threads aren’t too distinguishable from any of your “jokes” elsewhere.

I reckon you’re a rageaholic. A Flaming Quim

To be serious for a minute  though  I suspect there is some  projected guilt ar play here with Andrew.  I cannot off the top of my head  remember the details  but I feel sure in the year before his death Andrew was in a dispute of some kind with Caroline  and has actually slagged her off publicly in quite a serious  manner   I think maybe after she was accused of assault on her last boyfriend that Andrew  claimed she had been physically  abusive  to him too?  Anyway me suspects he has some unresolved feelings over that  and that's why he redirecting so much anger to Dan Wootton  as he never resolved his issues with Caroline before she took her life.

Most likely, yeah. The whole story read a bit weird when it first happened. The brutal press hounding of her was clear as day, and Wootton, as ever, was one of them, and it’s very plausible that he contributed to Caroline’s decision to take her life.

But as you say, Andrew hadn’t exactly acted brilliantly either. And as the judge said, he craved the celebrity status.
