DevonDeathTrip 2,358 Posted February 4, 2019 Slightly off topic, but apparently 11th April 1954 was the dullest day of the twentieth century.

gcreptile 10,963 Posted July 10, 2019 Quite the opposite of a deathless day, but July 9th sets a new record for me in that 5 people on my longlist have died that day (Sleggs, De La Rua, Jones, Perot, Torn)

gcreptile 10,963 Posted August 11, 2019 Jeffrey Epstein's death is one for the ages. I'm not sure though that this one should be counted in our general reaper score report. We have had 7 days without a DDP hit though. If Toni Morrison had been picked, it would have been 5 days. The negative record here is 11 days (in the "modern" era).

gcreptile 10,963 Posted August 15, 2019 As we are closing in on a new death gap record in the DDP, August the 13th currently only has 5 notable deaths according to Wikipedia. That would be a "negative" record for a single day, at least in this era that counted Lisa Magill as a "notable death".
