Vinegar Tits 606 Posted January 26, 2017 And yet another person I've worked with bites the dust. Tam Dalyell was very much liked by the PA copytakers as he was always very friendly, nice, no airs and graces and didn't try to lord it over you (unlike certain other former MPs/Lords - mentioning no names but Ill just say 'Chelsea shirt' and 'recently revealed sex allegations, bloodhound, Just A Minute, famous last name). Pistol Knight 49 Posted January 27, 2017 Loved Dalyell's no mucking about opinions. A spade was a spade in his eye and he was not afraid to rock the establishment if he wanted to speak his mind. On the flip side, I had him down on MPFC Deadpool last year and Tam went on for another twelve months. This year my list drew bugger all as they are all still living. Mental note to self.....Use the Dalyell theory for 2018 and name the same 2017 list coming up to Christmas

GossipGabe 333 Posted January 29, 2017 More of an ideas and possibilities sort of thing, but nvm: As I write this, I still cant believe Arthur Finkelstein is ailing. Badly. It cant be. Arthur has always been Arthur: a fun and principled conservative [=US GOP+Bibi Netanyahu] consultant to hundreds of campaigns, but he was much, much more than that. He quite literally changed our world. Arthur made a difference. Hes struggling through chemotherapy now, and as with everything in life, there is more than a particle of risk. Still, this is a tribute to our friend Arthur, not a eulogy. Not yet anyway. And if You have ever wondered how his name should be pronounced, here's the deal:Early in our friendship, I asked him whether it was Finkelsteen or Finkelstine (with a long i), and Arthur characteristically replied, If I was a poor Jew, it would be Finkelsteen, but since I am a rich Jew, its Finkelstine. http://www.nationalreview.com/article/444254/arthur-finkelstein-republican-political-consultant-strategit-conservative-libertarian
