You can nominate anyone in any category that is made until December 20th at midnight GMT. Trust me, you want to nominate people, because if someone isn't on the final poll for each category, and you complain that person x didn't make the nomination for best Deathlist pick, for example, then it's your fault for not nominating person x in that category.
