RadGuy 1,619 Posted December 28, 2018 Shame to see such a legend go. If he had made it a few more days, I assume he would have been on many more DDP teams than the current 2.
Torva Messor 281 Posted December 28, 2018 I had submitted a list containing Richard Arvin Overton via PM hours ago. However, I notice AFTER I submitted I had two names listed at #20, Overton was one of them. I'm hoping the game admin will just remove it and let the list stand with all substitutes accounted for. Death Impends 8,043 Posted December 28, 2018 Always a shame to see one of the seemingly-indestructible forum legends go. A grand age and a helluva personality; he'll be missed.

Fergie86 377 Posted December 28, 2018 RIP a true legend, you think people like Richard Overton will go on forever but what a life and what an innings at 112 he had more energy than I do now at 33(well before he snuffed it anyway).

drol 12,136 Posted December 28, 2018 Beep beep, Richie. Funnily enough the Axis counterpart (Masazo Nonaka and Gustav Gerneth) survived the Allied veteran.
