Guest cariee Posted August 1, 2005 i think castro is a good guy- possibly bad judgement at times but cuba is 100 times better now than it was 50-60 years ago, at the end of the day he led his country out of a tyanical rule into a country which is still thriving despite the usa's best efforts to ruin it. any cuban will tell you that, though not all are happy with the conditions they live in, cuba is a good place, and their leader maed it that way. i think things can only get better for them right now, tourism is way up, moral is high, if fidel tops it now they will be thrown into turmoil. i hope he hangs on for a few more years so cuba can become top of its game... viva fidel Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
