I really like your intention for this thread. Not really sure if the forum is the right place to talk about serious stuff like this, as I’m pretty sure that certain members on the forums may only make the situation worse for people who post on here. Probably better to talk with folk you know in real life.

Sure you are right. Anyway there are folks who are ALONE, have no friends, no family, unemployed... If we can make them laugh, smile and so on we win.

The points fairly simple. Just because someone's alone doesn't mean there lonely, but just because someone's lonely doesn't mean their alone.

 

You can have lots of friends and family and feel lonely the same as you can have nobody around you and never feel lonely.

 

The simple question is to ask the fucking person and accept their answer. Too many people view being alone and content as such as a sign of loneliness and happiness and attempt to try and help out by imposing their presence on people who are quite happy without it then get offended when they get told to fuck off.
