Covid in the CAE/CAS is over (I might post a longer list of the 90+ academics in the academics thread later) but lots of those people are very frail. I don't think Shen Yucun has made an appearance since she was visited in 2011 (already looked very frail back then). Zhong Zizhen had an early 98th birthday celebration in January and while he looked frail he wasn't on a hospital bed which usually with these cases means he'll live a year or two more. Song Ping's brother-in-law Chen Junwu is one of those CAS academicians never mentioned here, 96 and was apparently too ill to attend his sister's funeral in 2019. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
