I always thought there had to be an underlying reason as to why someone would commit suicide. Even though he had his problems with addictions in the past and battling depression, it's hard to imagine with the amount of support from his family and the respect he had earned throughout his years in the industry what would push someone over the edge to feel they had nothing else to live for. Perhaps seeing colleagues in their battles with Parkinson's and not wishing to struggle with that or have their fans, friends and family have to witness that slow decline in health, he wanted to make a quick exit.

About bloody time. The floodgates will open with regards to abuse he has committed this will encourage his victims to come forward. Another alleged peado who has a knighthood , she really is a bad judge of character isn't she.

How does that work? Didn't we have a drawn out, highly-suspense-filled discussion of this in the spring where we found out you don't necessarily have to be dangling around to asphyxiate yourself with something tied around your neck? It may be slightly ropey science but I think we were all in accordance that it was possible.

I am sorry about the person, but what I find even more sad is that the death of such an artist have such a big impact on the media. I respect his fans, and had I had some kind of emotional attachment to him I would not write this kind of thing, but from a purely artistical point of view most if not all of his work is mediocre at best. His career is the epitome of how shallow the so called "Western Culture" has become. And to make matters worse, many countries import these things. The headlines should read "Flubber Star dead". As an aside, I heard the news on CNN and a woman, whose name I don't know, said that he had been "fighting his demons". Later she retracted her comments upon request of some "mental health organization". I ask myself where we are going, the words are being limited in meaning to an extent that one day saying "good bye" will be forbidden because it carries religious undertones and is accordingly ideological.

The race has finally concluded as Raymond's heading into the gravel. Indeed, giving DI 2102 points and a clear lead as he crosses the line with nobody else in sight. Congratulations are due all round. DI message me please once you've decided whether to go the consumer goods route and take a physical prize, or whether you'd like a small charity donation made on your behalf to mark the well fought winning Deathrace campaign. So Kathleen Ollerenshaw doesn't get her points included. Now the race is over they will be dying in droves. Apologies, came back and was still playing catch up from a brief holiday. Reet, the final reckoning including 143 new pts for MSC. Scoreboard Death Impends – 2102 Rotten Ali - 1609 The Engineer - 1494 MSC – 1362 Maryportfuncity – 1332 Damon Killian – 1046 Book – 996 Estuarian Float – 974 Toast - 870 Time – 823 Captain Chorizo - 685 Bibliogryphon – 673 Uschi – 669 Whitehouse - 515 Please pour congratulations on our deserving winner (who has chosen a charity donation and is considering the lucky animal charity to benefit by around a tenner). Assuming myself and the Deathlist continue in business for a few more months entries for the 2015 Deathrace will close at midnight on December 30th.
