No, not at all, just finished a tour, and they are on the nominations list for the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame this year.

Im totally on board with this.  If you Coldplay people PROMISE to eradicate this over-the-hill David Byrne track from the list I will leave boring Coldplay alone.  I’ll be watching your votes.  If Sir Creep is nothing else, he’s a man of His Word.

Unneccesary proof I'm not qualified to vote in this round.

The damage is done so I guess I'll be leaving

Which is all you need to know about the supposed ‘Hall of Fame’.  I’ll be over here still waiting for ELP, Jethro Tull, and Sparks inductions.

There must be a ‘boring as fuck’ wing for Matthews, and Coldplay when the day arrives. Seriously, name 3 songs by DM without looking and I’ll give you the worst pop song ever Crash.  You need two more. Unlistenable.

If you want to experience the entire history of rock n roll in one day, come to Detroit and visit the Motown Museum and go home and listen to the London Calling album by The Clash. You’ll find nothing fake or pretentious there.

Well, London Calling is one of my fave albums start to finish because it's so diverse.
DMB has a lot of songs... Tripping Billies (most annoying), Don't Drink the Water.
Never been to Detroit.
I majored in music... guessing who gets into the HoF is a game to me. I said in 1999 that Eminem would get in as soon as he was eligible, and people would get so unbelievably mad at that one, but he got in 2022. Coldplay become eligible next year but I don't see it for them. Really depends who has friends on the committee and who Rollingstone Magazine worshipped. Soundgarden was actually blocked last year because there's some weird idea that Jane's Addiction deserve to get in before them. Oasis is on the list this year, and they already tried to start a fight with another nominee, Mariah Carey.

"Scandalous" was infamously used in the Razzie-winning Catwoman:

You do know it's not the Julie London song, don't you?

Absolutely.  I found this on a couple of compilations and it really grew on me. If it goes through it will go to the top of my Finalists ranking so far

The only thing about this round is that Pink song - wasn’t it under 6 points way back like day 2?  Should have stepped on that snake’s head when we had the chance. It’s been a hell of a comeback.  I applaud its supporters, of which I am not one. I can’t downvote it, as I’m too embroiled dealing with the most boring band in music since the retirement of Dave Matthews.  He IS retired isn’t he?

Pink got as low as 13 points before I bumped her up to 17 and she hasn't looked back. Alas the same was not true of Shakira. Rachel Stevens on the other hand has been as low as 7 near the end of February before recovering - I gave her 4 to get her back to 11 then too!

I'm trying! Others keep bumping it back up but I don't know why. If you and TQR could put your vendetta aside and both get rid of it as neither of you want it through, we might have a chance.

I think JT is doomed eventually (sorry Biblio!). The last one could be a real fight though, lots of different songs have slipped to the bottom only to recover. And I think my votes can't save everyone this time...

Starting to regret sending through a B-tier Kylie single, now that her greatest song is at the bottom.

Nah, that came 6th in the 90s game. Happily, her close-second is in the 00s No.3s.

Nope! That was 2010, and I shudder to think what sort of hellish affair a 10s game would be :o
