Yes true, a post for him. Wondering if The Guardian or Telegraph are interested?

Lyn Lepore (wiki), Australian Paralympic champion cyclist (2000), supposedly dead at 63.

Edit was done on 9th January by a user with an extensive knowledge of Australian sport. The Aussie media are snoozing...

Telegraph obit as confirmation that Phyllis Dalton has indeed died.

A January 2025. Wonder if she was picked in the DDP (she was in 2024).

Swedish Olympic athlete Ingrid Hansson dead at 106 according to Wikipedia:

https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingrid_Hansson

Did she even compete in the Olympics? From what I saw on her wiki there is no mention of the Olympics she competed in, she competed in European athletics.
The oldest known Olympic athlete is Yvonne Chabot-Curtet (FRA) born on 28 May 1920
