El Cordobés, Manuel Benítez Pérez (1936) Possibly the most legendary Spanish bullfighter of the 1960s who by the time he retired in 1971 (not permanently) was the highest paid bullfighter ever. Known especially from his theatrical, acrobatic style.

Manuel Díaz González, bullfighter and son of THE bullfighter El Cordobés (both called El Cordobés for whatever reason) hospitalised after an accident (impaled by a bull, apparently). He's in his 50s and an active bullfighter and he's had around 5 accidents since 2017 including last month when he was in ICU and on IV meds, he has two hip replacements but seems he just can't retire.

(Benítez Pérez) El Cordobés himself had an emergency heart surgery some years ago.

Malawi's most important musician, 92-year old Giddess Chalamanda (wiki), hospitalised with pneumonia, but already on the mend.

Giddes/Giddess/Gidesi Chalamanda performing again for the first time since his serious illness in June, "impeccably in tune with the band and even commanded the rhythm".

He and Eritrean Bereket Mengisteab seem indestructible. Both very old, quite frail and the most notable musicians ever from their (small, obscure and very low on the HDI) countries, both still performing.

I think with both of them there's a small chance of a BBC obituary as I recall a lot of quite obscure African musicians have gotten mentions when they've died. Some examples, John Nzenze and Hudeidi in 2020, Tshala Muana and Ethiopia's Honky Tonk Nun last year.

There are a few notable ones born 1918-1924 who don't have English wikipedia pages but who I know are still alive:

Ilmari Koppinen (1918, runner, WWII veteran with quite an interesting story), Eeri Hyrkkö (1922, longtime Centre Party influencer and local politician), Tuomas Haapanen (1924, violinist), Holger Thesleff (1924, philologist, historian, author of Studies in Plato’s Two-level Model), Satu Tiivola (1924, businesswoman), Ele Alenius (1925, former leader of political party SKDL, former Minister), Heimo Linna (1925, two-time Agriculture Minister)

I've mentioned a few of these before but atleast Tuomas Haapanen I've never mentioned before. Deserves a mention here, one of the most known Finnish violinists ever, former Rector of the Turku Music Institute and the Sibelius Academy. And the teacher of, for example, Elina Vähälä who performed at the 2008 Nobel Peace Prize ceremony

Holger Thesleff dead at 98.

Also, Henry Olavi "Remu" Aaltonen (1948-), lead musician and drummer/singer of rock band Hurriganes looked a bit frail commenting on Gustafsson's and Pembroke's deaths today:

He's only 73 but I'm quite suprised he is still alive. The two other main members of Hurriganes, Cisse Häkkinen and Albert Järvinen died 1990-1991, Häkkinen from cirrhosis and Järvinen from a heart attack. Here the three in 1974:

https://www.iltalehti.fi/viihdeuutiset/a/9c921564-5f83-4047-b351-909f07ed0a0f

Remu Aaltonen had a bad fall somewhat recently, broke bones and doctors found four pulmonary embolisms in him. Now slowly recovering. He has quite a long health history and has been a massive drug user for half a century. It's been 11 years since he crashed his car on meth and he had already been suffering from heart problems before that.
