The confusion over his birth year arises from the fact that there was a John Binning born in 1927 in Blantyre. Whoever that man was he died in Glasgow around 2004. A bit of research has found Marcel Mauron, thought to be the last Swiss survivor, died in 1998. (I've updated Wikipedia). Looks like Park Jae-Seung died in 2015, so he was the last Korean survivor. As is Giovanni Trappatoni for his managerial exploits. Lorenzo Buffon (due to being related to Gianluigi Buffon), Gianni Rivera (both football and politics) and Karl-Heinz Schnellinger (played in the 1966 World Cup final) are all possibles. I assume Mario Zagallo, Giovanni Trappatoni, Gianni Rivera, Just Fontaine, Francisco Gento and Luis Suarez will, all for different reasons. And maybe Kurt Hamrin will, too. Bravo wasn't on either list. Hovorka died 14th October 1996 (on numerous websites including Czech Wiki - https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/V%C3%A1clav_Hovorka) I can't find my records of why I removed Sesma and Villalba currently but I think in the latter case, it is similiar to the Bolivian's of 1950.
