Whilst there is rules on QO's, I'd strongly suggest they weren't a celebrity if you couldn't scrape this low a barrier of entry. A lot of our foreign members like to enter local folk from their country in this due to foreign language acceptance, and I love reading those lists, Always a few new and interesting characters to learn about each year.
