Not entirely on topic but I saw Your former Mp Kate Hollern got a CBE as well

Hadn't actually spotted that, but fair enough. Lost her seat through no real fault of her own and led BwD Council for around a decade before becoming MP in 2015.

He won’t be PM this next year. It just feels inevitable he will be forced out.

Fancy a little wager? Say £20 to a charity of your choice if you're right, £100 to a charity of my choice if you're wrong. Or vice-versa. Let's see how confident you are.

OK, £20 either way. If Keir Starmer is not PM at 18:34 GMT on 3rd January 2026 I pay £20 to a charity of your choice, otherwise its £20 from you to a charity of my choice.

Seriously through I don’t actually think I will win my bet - Labour is not known for ousting struggling leaders easily.

Musk falling out with Nigel Farage  and calling for him to be replaced as leader of the Reform party  is not something  I would have predicted  so soon.

No, completely unpredictable, unless you have even the most basic awareness of how erratic Musk is.

I never doubted they'd fall out, just as Trump will tire of Musk  and have a falling out. I merely expressed surprise at the quickness.  His erratic nature could have found a million and one political expressions before manifesting in a fallout.
