He'll be the King. Princess Mary will become Queen but only as a consort. I dare say the headline was useful in bringing visitors and hits to their website! Dare I be as cynical as to suggest click bait was the naughty intention?!
Toast 16,158 Posted December 24, 2017 Nah, it's just because Mary's an Aussie. They wouldn't be interested otherwise.

The Duke of Kent 82 and having suffered a stroke in recent years. His wife the Duchess of Kent who sadly looked quite frail and unwell at Prince Harry's wedding. arghton 6,775 Posted February 9, 2022 Will survive this, but still a (near?)future DL possibility. I recall she said somewhere that she "won't live another 10 years" a couple of years ago. 81-year-old longtime chain smoker who smokes/used to smoke around two packs a day of unfiltered Greek cigarettes that have such a high tar content they're banned in almost all EU countries, including Denmark. However 10 years is a long time for an octogenarian anyways.

I dont see her pass anytime soon. her mother lived till exactly 90 and her father till 72, was also a smoker (standard at the time but still) and died of pneumonia. According to google, chain smoking takes 13 years on average of your lifespan so she may have well reached the limit.
