They are in order of Cabinet/parliamentarians but you'll note neither is ranked, hence the bracket. Sean 6,311 Posted March 23, 2017 Watching BBC Parliament and in a committee Lord Brennan QC of Labour sounds as though he has throat or lung cancer or perhaps emphysema.He has a very trembling and high pitched voice like Lord McAlpine's was in his final years.He also twice fell ill in the chamber with heart issues.The first time he was given a heart massage in the chamber and the second time he was fitted with a pacemaker.Both these emergencies happened in 2007.
