He also provided fuel to Serbian mobster, paramilitary leader, politician and war criminal Arkan (1952-2000) and his paramilitary unit guilty of ethnic cleansing.

She looked bloated when she was hospitalised in April, but a new picture of her was posted on twitter (late April I recall) where she looked fine. As if they applied a ton of makeup to make her look ill... She is ill, arthritis and maybe heart/lung issues but no way she is as ill as they say she is. (From tbsnews' article: Khaleda, a 76-year-old former prime minister, has been suffering from various ailments, including liver cirrhosis, arthritis, diabetes, kidney, lung and eye problems.) I'll believe she was very ill when she dies. Her party/cult has already made this a political issue again Khaleda the Faker discharged again.

Lafaucheuse 4,046 Posted June 26, 2022 (edited) Former Minister of Justice Robert Badinter (wiki) who abolished death penalty back in 1981 turned 94 this year. Alongside with Edouard Balladur, I think he's one of the few old French politician who meets the fame criteria of the DL and who could be eligible to take over from Le Pen or Delors, once one of them is dead. A massive figure in France who still does interview as we saw last week where he made a zoom meeting talking about LGBT rights in the midst of Pride month. Worth mentioning he was married to actress Anne Vernon, born 1924 (wiki), famous for her role in The Umbrellas of Chebourg and who was also talked about here before. His actual wife is Elisabeth Badinter (wiki) who is 78, advocate and feminist, a brilliant mind who's everywhere this time in French medias, talking about Roe V. Wade decision. He was brought to my attention by this spectacular video from 2 days ago. Moses Ali not dead (atleast yet), but the 83-year-old Ugandan politician, possibly former Uganda's Heaviest Man, Giant of West Nile has allegedly now retired/been withdrawn from public by family: https://theinspector.co.ug/family-withdraws-gen-moses-ali-from-public-over-ill-health/ He apparently gasps while breathing and his body can't handle sitting "through public functions for long hours" but family blame it on the chair being uncomfortable and say he's in perfect health. According to Ugandan media he was treated for an unknown ailment in Turkey last August. This video is from March, he had a sick leave from the parliament but returned in May and ended up falling in the parliament building the same day he returned The youtube link in Clorox Bleachman's post is "unavailable", probably has been deleted by YouTube, but I assume it was this video. arghton 6,726 Posted July 4, 2022 Indian politician, former West Bengal CM/perennial coffin tease Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee shocked and saddened by the death of Tarun Majumdar. Probably thought he'd go first, he's bedbound and unable to talk. He's a diabetic with heart diseases, suffering from COPD for atleast 12-13 years. Also, here's a new picture of fellow Indian communist politician VS Achuthanandan from facebook: If this is from last month, as it seems to be, he doesn't even look that bad! Probably bedbound, but doesn't look like he's on the verge of death. In other words, not bad for a 98-year-old who suffered a stroke a few years ago, multiple organ failure last year and covid this year.
