arghton 6,735 Posted July 23, 2022 Updated the list. The oldest male royal, excluding Saudi nobodies who you can't find any information online, is probably now either Sheikh Salem al-Ali al-Sabah or Sheikh Tahnoun bin M. Both born in 1926, but as far as I know their exact birthdates aren't known...Kuwait's Sheikh Salem was rumored dead in October 2020 when he was ill and has been wheelchairbound for over a decade. Tahnoun of the UAE is doing fine and has a twitter account.

arghton 6,735 Posted August 11, 2022 Queen Mother Sirikit of Thailand will be 90 tomorrow. Never thought she'd make it this far, considering she's been a living corpse for the last 4+ years...Remember the 86th birthday pictures? I wonder if they'll wheel her out this time.

The Gundonaa is the only Chief, be it male or female, who is able to veto the Yaa-Naa's word, whatever the hell that means. Ghanaian traditional ruler Gundonaa Samata Abudu is definitely still alive and was interviewed two weeks ago for Sagani TV show The Feminine Story: Link to the interview on facebook.

The 100-year-old was the last member of her family, but was better known for having a long name. She didn't obit. Shame. Duchess Woizlawa Feodora of Mecklenburg (1918-2019)'s son, Heinrich Reuss (1951), stylized as Prince Heinrich XIII, has been arrested yesterday for his involvement in the coup d'état plot to overthrow the German government. According to reports, he was the intended monarch for the revolutionary government. While not an imminent suicide risk or the likes, it's a clear sign he has completely lost all sense of reality. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/dec/07/key-figures-behind-alleged-far-right-plot-to-overthrow-german-government
