If your pick dies you get one point. * Whoever gets the highest number of points wins the game. *Any obit in any language is qualifying, if the man is really dead. *A new round is started whenever a state leader dies, even if he has not been picked by anyone. *You have to pick a name at every round. You can keep the same name if you want. *Every leader can be picked by a single user. Plus the one and only Bobby Mugs will make his debut. Anyway from how slow this is going you get an idea about how difficult it is for an over 95 head of state to Die.
