Correct. It's "Struggling" by  Cardiff emo band "to be honest".

Edit: Yes, while writing this stupid joke I accidentally clicked on the pop-up notification.

I mean the band released there debut album in 2007 (hadn't released it was that late to be honest, thought they were early 00s). They also had a legal  beef with Nicholas Sarkozy of all people if that helps anyone.

This recent one is a second single release from a debut album.

The video includes kids playing football and, separately, the game "Operation". Also a child king and a child beauty queen.

I can tell folk are struggling.

You assumed the kids were white, perhaps?

One of those artists with a Z in their name....

Cold - Stormzy

Not sure I'd describe that as music though.

Ok; this artist - and the sub-genre of music they pioneered - is quite probably the only good thing to ever result from 4chan.

The song in question was used in trailers for a tv show and a video game.

Nope. Far more recent than that.

Does no-one know it, or does no-one want to admit to knowing anything about 4chan?

Happy to admit that I have no idea what 4chan is.

I don't watch much TV and don't play video games, so all things considered I have no chance of guessing this one!  :)

It's black metal fused with Afro-American chanting style music if that guides anyone closer to the answer....

Another artist with a Z in the name as well.

Despite being bestowed with the title of 'expert of the last decade' by YW, I'm afraid I've not a clue. To be fair, 90s and 00s is more my thang.

Oh, it must be Zeal and Ardor then, but I don't know which song you're referring to, maybe Devil is Fine?
