1 pointHello everyone, One of the creators of the DL has now entered the building, sorry for the long absence. Yes, I was at the Warwick University Mandela Bar in late 1986 when the demise of Cary Grant led us to ponder future mortal-coil-offshufflings. I'm amazed at how this thing has mushroomed since then...people cant get enough of death. Hello to Reaper, one of the other originals, and hello to Ronnie, who will never win that fantasy league.

1 pointDespite how the Mail tried to portray it (which was crass by their low standards) the photo was actually Ron messing about with the friend who took the photo. It was Ron reacting to the photographer's football team, the scarf of which is around Ron's neck. Truth is so often more interesting than fiction! PS: Love the Mail putting a copyright note on the photo when it will have been lifted from Facebook.

1 pointWell thank god for that to be fair the BBC has been on its last legs for a long time . I was just flicking through this thread because I remembered how full of hilarious posts it was. And that one has to be the best. Great work. If you need a laugh try looking through the thread (especially back in the summer when it first looked like he was about to croak).
