Looks like I did it. Please check if things have changed for the worse. Get that man a drink! He's a star! For your next trick, can you recover the thread taglines? Some people worked hard on those, I've heard. Surgery seems to have been successful. regards, Hein

well my grand dad died within a year or so of getting it as best I can remember.Mind you he did die of a heart attack in the end Alzheimer's is a slow disease. My gran had it for over 30 years. Towards the end she barely recognised me, she believed that my nephew was me, I was my dad, and she could barely recognise my dad although she knew his voice. Well to be fair to her in her condition... 30 years later you tend to look more like you dad than you used to By the way, can we ditch these tired Peter Falk jokes now? I mean he was diagnosed over a month ago.....

This Norn Irish schoolboy is getting "world famous" (i.e. two million Youtube views) for his accent/dialect when a TV channel asked him about the snowy weather........ related to Paisley perhaps?

Well Windsor, guessing the trappings of DeathList have kept you from participating in any Dead Pools given that comment. THIS is the only list that ignores the 100-age scoring, and in fact there's no scoring at all just raw numbers. So if she is eligible at all it's here. Virtually EVERY DP has the rule you can't be 'notorious' simply cuz you are going to die soon. Thus, Ethyl would be eliminated as would any 'Oldest' person (as is Lauren Hill or the late Sam Berns). Secondly, with scoring at 100-age, who the hell would use a 110-year old and score (-10) when they die?? No one in any DP that's who. Note that DeathList was the only place where Luise Rainer at 104 was lauded as a 'successful' pick. SC

A quick question: Has everyone received their email telling them they're in the DDP for this year?

I am so sorry for your loss RandomGuest, no matter the age it doesn't diminish the grief or sense of loss. Moving on without your loved one is very hard but I hope you can find solace that she is at peace and you can celebrate her life. My dad passed away due to dementia recently and we dreaded Christmas without him but we decided to do everything we normally do and had a great time, lots of laughter remembering him, I don't think I will ever stop smiling when I think of my dad. We really did celebrate his life and will continue to do so. I hope it is the same for you when you think of your Nana. Take care LG

Fuck sake, not even close to enough members for a DDP theme team! Sad to hear about the demise of 'The Pussy Perishers' That's the trouble with today's elderly, so selfish Aye, but they were an under-performing dead pool brigade, stubborn to the end.

Wishful thinking perhaps. But if that's the case I'd add David Koch-head!
