The article you link to says he died on the 30th August (of old age).

Daily Heil reports that his victim's lawyers have compared him to Savile, Epstein and Weinstein and have described the case as "one of the worst cases of corporate sexual exploitation the world has seen". (I'll spare you the link)

Of course they have. Instead of condemning new scandals so less of them ever happen again, they forever flog cases from  5+ years ago or 10+ years ago in the case off Savile. That have obsolete modes operandi.
