I'm sure I saw Ramsay McDonald mentioned somewhere, maybe not on this forum.

Directly above us on this page. But in my defence, Ramsay is utterly forgettable.

It been a long time waiting for Yvette Cooper to become Home Secretary- Her first stint as shadow Home Secretary started in 2011 and bar a few months has either been shadow Home Secretary or chair of the Home Affairs select committee ever since.

Alba party bombed hard. 1.5% in Alloa and Grangemouth for Kenny MacAskill is shocking. Neale Hanvey standing for relection in Cowdenbeath and Kirkcaldy only got 2.8%.

Labour's electoral strategy was spot on even though in football terms it didn't win many friends. Knowing through their own polling that the Tories vote would crater they spread their resources enough to capture as many seats as possible, figuring that all they had to do was to hold their vote up or for it to go up slightly and let Reform do the rest.

I think that it might be wise for the Conservatives to adopt an interim leader and although it pains me to say it the most logical candidate might be Jeremy Hunt

I wonder if he'll have another stab at the leadership...he's a perennial loser with rather a precarious majority so perhaps not, but you never know.

James Stupidly, Suella Depraverman, Tom Tugend and Kemi Bad Enoch are bound to launch their bids in the coming days.

Both Basildon seats have been won by incredibly small margins. They've also been won by cunts.
