Labour hold Bethnal Green but only just.

Labour hold my seat of Stratford and Bow. Easily with 44%. Greens second on 17%. Workers Party got 7.5%,  I can relax now.

Meanwhile, in NI, Ian Paisley Jr of the DUP has lost his seat. Good results for Sinn Féin.

Though the person who has beaten Ian Paisley JR makes him look like an ultra Liberal.

The last time a Paisley didn't hold the seat, Richard Nixon was US President.

Labour just hold on in Bradford West

Tories hold Keighley in a suprise. Gaza maybe had an Impact  but the Tories still got 40% which is pretty high.

Labour easily win Shipley.

According to Harriett Harman, the new Father of the House is one Jeremy Corbyn. The Mother of the House (even if it isn't an official position) is one Diane Abbott.

Edit - Its not Corbyn, its Edward Leigh.

It’s Edward Leigh who was sworn in before Corbyn and has held his seat.

Abbott is the mother. I think she will claim the title but rarely appear (A clear sign of ill health for someone who was on TV all the time before the Corbyn era).

Tell you what, I think Sky have won in the coverage stakes. Not necessarily for the presenters (though I respect Andy Burnham and Trevor Phillips), but for Beth Rigby's gasps and "ooh!"s in reaction to most of the results coming through :D
