Rest in Peace. One of those characters from the movies (seen them all) I remember very well.

Living main (+ supporting) casts of the Non-Eon Bond films, ones notable enough to have a wikipedia page:

Casino Royale (1967) parody starring David Niven (1910-1983) as James Bond:

Ursula Andress (b. 1937) as Vesper Lynd

Joanna Pettet (b. 1941) as The Detainer

Woody Allen (b. 1935) as Dr. Noah (Bond's nephew, "main villain")

Barbara Bouchet (b. 1943) as Miss Moneypenny

Jean-Paul Belmondo (1933-2021) as French Legionnaire

Supporting cast:

Jacqueline Bisset (b. 1944) as Miss Goodthighs

Bernard Cribbins (1928-2022) as Carlton Towers

Gabriella Licudi (b. 1941) as Buttercup

Elaine Taylor (b. 1943) as Meg

(Also, one of the directors, Joseph McGrath (b. 1928) is still alive as well as Burt Bacharch, also born 1928 whose music was used in the film.)

Gabriella Licudi has an unsourced Wiki edit indicating she died back in September. Apparently, Equity are also reporting this according to this post:

For completeness, Topol played Milos Columbo in For Your Eyes Only. Roger's co-stars are definitely getting thinned out now.

Sue Vanner, the Log Cabin girl from The Spy Who Loved Me has initiated divorce proceedings against estranged hubby Warren Todd: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-12001087/Bond-girl-Sue-Vanner-files-divorce-Lisa-Vanderpumps-stepson-Warren-Todd.html

In passing, it should be noted she is a cancer survivor.

Alec Mills, a camera operator and later director of photography on eight James Bond films combined, running chronologically from "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" to "License to Kill", has died. He was 91. Mills also worked as a cinematographer.

Not a death or illness, but Aaron Taylor-Johnson has been formally offered the opportunity to take over the role from Daniel Craig, according to reports.

And only five years after they finished filming 'No Time To Die'. Has there ever been a longer gap between completion of one Bond actor in the role and the announcement of the next? You'd think they would have spent the pandemic years preparing for casting a replacement and would have had it ready to announce long before now, but that clearly didn't happen.

Marilyn Galsworthy, Stromberg's assistant in The Spy Who Loved Me, reportedly recovering from a coma: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13469549/Could-cannabis-farm-costly-whiff-trouble-Sussexes-19-5million-Montecito-mansion.html

Galsworthy's model daughter Jasmine Lennard says she has been left 'completely traumatised' and 'exhausted,' by the experience. While the cause of the actress's coma has not been disclosed, it is understood she has since woken and is recovering with her daughter by her side.

Not picked for the DDP!

Obviously a member of the John Barry Seven (unlisted on the Singles Chart thread).

Decided not to list out the the JB Seven in that thread because 1) the guide I used didn't treat them as a separate artist, but rather an alias of "John Barry" or the "John Barry Orchestra" and 2) the line-ups were too hard to pin down.

To give you an idea of just how tricky they are:

Original line-up:

John Barry – born 1933, died 2011 (aged 77)
Mike Cox – tenor saxophonist, living as of 2019
Derek Myers – alto saxophonist, no idea
Ken Golder – born 1931, original drummer, attended a tribute to Barry  in 2011, died off radar in 2012 from looking at the GRO Index
Fred Kirk – bass guitarist, no idea
Ken Richards – lead guitarist, no idea
Keith Kelly – rhythm guitarist, I have an individual listing for his solo hits on the UK Singles Chart thread, real name supposedly Michael Pailthorpe but I can't find him in the birth index, birth year is given in various sources as 1935, 1937 and 1939. Huge discography but completely dropped off the face of the earth, could be dead?

That lineup was established in 1957. It didn't even last the year, then from 1958 to 1965 there was anything between 20 and 40 personnel changes, some of them prominent musicians, some very obscure. Some of them didn't even last a week. There were a lot of complaints from the musicians that played with the group – they didn't like the gigs they got, the pay etc.

I was looking at the GRO Index only this morning !  Didn't realise how dangerous it was. Must be more careful in future.
