Biggest "how still alive?" mystery on the list. 3)Prunella Scales (1932): was already a DL pick back in 2016 when I joined the forum. Has suffered from mixed dementia for more than a decade. Survived her younger husband last year. 4)Imelda Marcos (1929): shoe collector and all round worm, overweight for most of her adult bug life. Heart disease, diabetes, wheelchair bound for years. Hospitalised in critical condition with respiratory failure in 2022. Hospitalised in critical condition in February 2024. Is there a last time for this fatso? Seems the conjoined twin of Tinto Brass. 8)Th. Muivah (1934): Nagaland independence fighter or terrorist if you listen to S C Jamir. Hospitalised in 2018, hospitalised in ICU in 2021, hospitalised in March 2022. Overdue for years. 9)Jirō Ono (1925): Legendary Japanese sushi chef, has looked like a skeleton for decades. Somehow the strongest out of 1914 survivors. 23)Ahmad Jannati (1927): frail for a decade, survived two wives. LK Advani (1927): First suggested by an Indian user alongside Dilip Kumar and Lata Mangeshkar. Tons of hospitalizations recently Moshe Sternbuch (1926): The 2025 list has multiple antisemites but ZERO JEWS. I'm honestly offended. Vidya Stokes (1927) / Emilio Fede (1931) / Noam Chomsky (1929): Already promised spots?? Ivan Mišković Brk (1920): Extremely decrepit Wang Fuzhi (1923): The last of China's Founding Generals. livingbygrace 521 Posted Wednesday at 16:26 I like @polar duck suggestion.. The only people I could think of was mahathir mohamad.. seems to be in and out of hospitals from time to time .. Or Raul Castro seems to be in and out of care, and it seems we can never get clear answers at times what ales him. There have been bad reporting from time to time he is even dead, and then low and behold find out it is not true.... There are probably others that can suggest better. Just who came to me at the moment

Lots of names this year who were dying back in 2021/2022 there, lots of young and tough blood. I like it. Scales is the last survivor of the initial Crowdsourced DL. Guy Scott is a personal blast from the past having already forgotten the undead bastard, he has also been suffering from some forms of cancer for years and was rumored dead last year. Abdullah the Butcher should've realistically died 30 years ago.

Fox B 33 Posted Wednesday at 16:52 Agree with Chomsky. How the hell is he still alive?
Master Obit 878 Posted Wednesday at 17:03 Got to be Chomsky.
Summer in Transylvania 2,334 Posted Wednesday at 17:04 I'm agreeing with the above and saying both Advani and Chomsky deserve spots, so it ought to be one of them. Chuwit "Doctors gave him 8 months to live in 2023, which he promptly smoked and drank his way through, and yet he still is alive for his seventh month in hospice" Kamolvisit is another good one. Sean 6,561 Posted Wednesday at 17:56 Sonny Rollins.IPF for a decade is beyond impressive.Chomsky is a good suggestion but Rollins is better.Chomsky was still active less than 2 years ago.Rollins has been ailing for many years.

drol 12,426 Posted Thursday at 12:46 Well, the decision has been taken. And the last member of the 2025 Immortal class is none other than..... LK Advani!!! "Remember when we told you you'd become PM and then an Immortal, Mr. Advani???" "YES YOU TOLD IT!" "We were joking" "Gaaaaah" Ahahah, I got you. By popular acclaim the real member of the 2025 selection is the Jacobine intellectual, Noam Chomsky! Oh,oh,oh, Happy Christmas! Survivor of a massive stroke in 2023, rumoured dead last year. @polar duck will be glad there's a Jew on the list. And also one more Antisemitic actually. 9

The Immortal 656 Posted Thursday at 16:46 On 01/01/2025 at 15:39, drol said: OH CAPTAIN, MY CAPTAIN! 2024 was characterized by the most shocking event in the history of deadpooling: the passing of our deity, of our supreme leader, of our Immortal King Jimmy Carter. He had survived metastatic cancer at 90, cerebral hemorrhage at 95, two years in hospice care at 99, mymango. And gets killed in the lamest year ever. That's not fair. And with him also mymango disappeared, as they were the same entity, like Derry and Pennywise. Dry your tears anyway. Our King of three years has died. We need a new king. Or queen. Until now the king has been always chosen among the founding Immortals, so the choice was pretty straightforward.... KING VS!!!! Congrats, Comrade, you really deserved to be K.... ahahah, come on, give us the crown back, you red bastard! VS is a top notch Immortals, but would be an unpopular king. And I would avoid that. But I promise you will be king if you survived the next King. Or Queen. As the Queen is.... QUEEN JOANNE!!! Ahahah, got you again! Nah, too much woman empowerment here. The time is not ripe yet. And Joanne does literally nothing, she just rots with dementia. But no hospitalization, no movement. We need an entertaining bastard who gets in hospital with an average of three times a week. Aaaaand.... KING JAYA!!! He has survived just everything and every hospitalization is a show. He joined the Immortals in 2024, but he has been the top player since. Wish you a long good reign, full of hospitalizations! Can't say I disagree with your choice, but shouldn't he be known as Maharaja Jayapataka Swami since he's Indian?
