And another DL member using my catchy "Deathlist Graduate" line.

Would a Deathlist undergraduate be someone who's terminally ill or very old? And how would you define a postgraduate?

Under graduate - would mean simply the canidate has

not yet graduated.

A post graduate - Perhaps one who reaches a milestone?

Though in my eyes the best catch phrase to stick

with would be the original one. :P

Isn't death the final milestone.

post means coming after. so tell me what kind of milestone comes after death?

Reincarnation? I don't know. You'd have to ask Banshees.

Well depending on some people death would be the final

milestone, though what i believe afterwards would be as

Boudicca said reincarnation or some type of afterlife.

Though i figure a Post - Graduate could be used in

many different ways? Such as once one acheives there

1000th post you could say they graduated from the

900 posts - section? That would be somewhat of a milestone?

It'd be more fun if it was Mark. He'd probably get lost in the jungle.

One the subject of Carol, is it true that she once dated Richard Whiteley?

Would a DL postgraduate be someone who died and came back like Richard Pryor, Roseanne Barr, Peter Sellers (I know it didn't last long in his case), or the Lord Jesus Christ?

We may not be able to celebrate her death.

However, those of you who are anti-Thatcherite can celebrate that 15 years ago today she resigned as Prime Minister.

Happy Anniversary.

A sad day indeed.

Bring back the Poll Tax. With so many of them in the country these days, Gordon Brown would make a fortune.

Surely the news of her daughter pissing in the middle of a camp site infront of 10 million viewers will stress her out.

Heart attack or Stroke.....

Either, brought on by shame. A little about her daughter, a lot about her son.

So Carol Thatcher pisses in a jungle and Mark attempts to instigate military coups and does dodgy arms deals.

Maggie's made of sterner stuff than to be brought low by these antics.

No, she'll go when she's good and ready and hopefully on the DeathList.

If Mark's antics haven't sent her to her grave I doubt whether Carol's will. ;)

Keeping in mind this is Thatcher we are talking about.

Attempting to overthrow a foreign government is probably considered a good laugh compared to the indignity of a daughter pissing in the forest.

I mean come on, there was a perfectly good toilet! :)

Just out of curiosity, how serious a candidate is Margaret Thatcher (I don't feel like reading back the last 24 pages of discussion). Obviously I know who she is and what she's done, but we don't tend to get too much news about her over here. From reading Wikipedia, I know she's had a few health problems, but nothing extra-ordinary for an 80-year old woman.

Relatively, she's young, but I know politicians are a fun target for Deathlisters and Deadpoolers, so I was just wondering what kind of reasoning you'd use to select her, if you would at all?

Fairly serious candidate. I believe she has been on the list proper a few times and there has been some pressure, correct in my view, to get her on 2006.

Assassination attempt, several small strokes, general frailty in excess of her age, dead husband, pre-taped eulogy for Reagan's funeral and political agitator.

Sounds like a fair recipie for an average DL candidate. I guess she has my vote (which has no value, but is awesome nonetheless :))

I don't think so. If shame could hurt that woman she'd have been dead for decades.

If I would be wishful thinking I'd nominate Celine Dion....

... but Thatcher is ok by me too...

So, whereas in Britain the slightly dim offspring of an ex-premier is shown pissing on the ground in the middle of the jungle for the entertainment of the public; in the USA he becomes President.

'Vive la difference!' as I believe they say in Spain.
