Animator/cartoon writer Will Meugniot has prostate cancer and pancreatic cancer (he's currently 72, his IMDb and Wiki page don't have a DoB). I doubt he will QO, but could be a useful name for no-frills pool.

Juillard was a great author, may be the most important french name still alive for classical franco-belgian comics !
